Can't access a FTP site

Situation: 1. No computers in the LAN can't access the FTP.

2. Try to access the same FTP from home with the same problem.

Causes: 1. The FTP is setup access IP range and only the IP added to the FTP allow IP ranges can access it.

2. In other case, event we gave our IP range to the FTP provider, we still have the same problem. The reason for that is our ISP has internet filter that translate out IP to their IP address. So we need to give the FTP provider the ISP IP or have ISP exclude the FTP provider's IP from the filtering.
