Can't open a website - Resolution with screenshots

Case 1: When accessing ADP public website, https://portal.adp.com/public and attempting to login, the login page doesn't open.

Resolution 1: add the website https://portal.adp.com/public trusted sites.

Resolution 2: Try to disable block.

Case 2: In the above case, after the login page open, the user can't login even the credential is correct.

Resolution 1: Enable Compatibility View compatibility view icon.

Resolution 2: try different Internet browser such as Firefox.

Resolution 3: try lower version of IE.

Case 3: In our case, we need to upgrade Adobe Flash Player.

Case 4: You may have put that website in restricted sites on your browser.

Case 5: Clear your browser cookies and check the website.

Case 6: in my case, I could not access my website from home, but I can access it form the office. Then I found my home ip address was  blocked by that website.

Case 7: Check the proxy settings or your company web filter that may block to access the website.

Case 8: Try to flush DNS or try different DNS server.
