Can't access website because of incorrect name server Ping request could not find host The nslookup: Non-existent domain. Situation: The client manage their name server for DNS. Since last Monday, the client can't access their website. Troubleshooting: 1. Can't ping the website with this message: ping owa.chicagotech.net 2. The nslookup shows the DNS server can't find owa.chicagobotanic.org: Non-existent domain. 3. Followed this post: How to find my website name server, we found all our name servers were not in the list. After we called the web hosting company, we found the hosting company just changed their name servers and deleted all our client's name server. After restoring the client's name server, it works now.
