Imported wildcard SSL doesn't work- Resolution with screenshots

We have wildcard SSL on Exchange 2007 running on Windows 2003 R2 64 bit. We tried to install AD FS on windows 2008 R2 and import the SSL from the Exchange wildcard SSL. I can see the wildcard SSL on Certificate console. But the ssl doesn't work. If I run the https:\\server.domain.com, the certificate shows issued by server.domain.com instead of *.domain.com. How can we fix this problem?

Possible resolutions: 1. The client import the wildcard SSL to Certificate, but he needs to import SSL to the IIS.

2. Make sure you have enabled SSL.

3. Make sure Site Binding is setup correctly.

4. Also, you may want to run IISRES to restart the IIS services.
