Teams is grayed out Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 4 - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client has Dell PowerEdge R710 running on Windows 2008 R2. When attempting to create NIC Teaming using Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 4, the Teams grayed ut and can't create NIC Teaming. 

Resolution: Modify the installation by going to Programs and features. Or remove and re-install Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 4. Make sure to install BASP.
