Remote Desktop can't find the computer in Remote Web Access - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client setup Remote Web Access on their Windows Essentials 2012. They can access all computers except one. If they try, they will receive Remote Desktop can't find the computer.

Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure the Remote Desktop is enabled under the Properties of the Computer.

2. Make sure Remote Desktop is enable in the Firewall.

3. In our case, the problem is the computer is setup to use port 3390 instead of 3389. Changing the port back to 3389. That fixes the problem.
