Can't access the router web utility

Symptoms: You can't open the router web utility even you type the correct username and password. You also can ping the router; access the Internet and share file with other computers.

Solutions:

1. Re-set the router.

2. Make sure no MAC Address Control blocks the the access.

3. make sure IE security settings allow you to access the router.
