Troubleshooting SonicWall Wi-Fi Issue remotely - Resolution with screenshots

Q: We are running SonicWall Firewall with SonicPoint enabled. We have two buildings. How can I troubleshooting AP problem remotely?

A: 1. Login SonicWall Firewall.

2. Navigate to SonicWall>Station Status to check the AP status. For example, you may see No Entries like this one.


3. Reset teh AP.
