This request is blocked by Gateway Anti-Virus Service- Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client just installed SonicWall firewall. When the users try to access a website, they get this message: This request is blocked by Gateway Anti-Virus Service.

Resolution: You should report it to the SonicWall. The temporary solution is disable it.

1. Login SonicWall web utility.

2. Navigate to Security Services>Gateway Anti-Virus>Gateway Anti-Virus Signatures.

3. Copy the suspicious name, for example #gumblar_10 to Lookup Signature Containing String. and then search it.

4. Disable it by upchucking the square box.
