Double NATs doesn't work - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client has ISP modem Adtran and SonicWall Firewall. They setup double NATs to allow public access their websites as shown the diagram

However, they can't access the websites from outside.

Troubleshooting:  1. From Adtran ping 192.168.10.2 (SonicWall outside IP works.

2. Ping 192.168.10.90 to 92 don't work.

3. Under Firewall>Access Rules, if we allow WAN to LAN Any Any, we can ping 90 to 92 from Adtran. Adding a rule to allow 192.168.10.90 to 92 access 192.168.1.90 to 92 fixes the first NAT problem.

4. We still can't ping internal website from outside until we re-created firewall public policy on Adtran.
