Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file

Situation: After saving a attachment in Vista, you may receive this error when you try to open it
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Resolution: 1. The file came from other computer and is blocked. Right click on the file and Click Unblock tap to unblock it.

2. If you logon a remote computer and install a software using mapping network drive, you may want to  add the the computer where the executive file located to the trust site or Local intranet.
