Situation: A lawyer can
have his laptop access VPN or TS at home or hotel. He can't establish a VPN
from the office. If he tries, he receives VPN error code 800 or 721. If he
tries to access a TS, he receive this message: "The client could not connect
to the remote computer. Remote connection might not be enabled or the
computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible
that network problems are prevent your connection".
Cause: The lawyer firm has
a Cisco firewall blocking all remote access ports such as 1723 and 3389.
