Can't delete a open file - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: a user wants to delete a file on shared folder. But he can't because is using by someone.

Resolution: Go to the Computer Management on the server, Navigate to System Tools>Shared Folders>Open Files. Find out who is using or close it.
