High CPU Usage because Azure AD Connect Health Sync Monitor

Situation:  the client has Azure AD Connect 1.1.819.0  installed on a server running windows 2012 R2 to sync their  on-premise domain with Office 365. recently, they are noticing the Azure AD Connect Health Sync Monitoring Service is always running high CPU usage.  

Troubleshooting; 1.   If you have installed KB4054566 is .NET 4.7.2, you may try to uninstall it.

2. The temporary solution is disable Azure AD Connect Health Sync Monitor  service.

3. The better solution is upgrade Azure AD Connect 1.1.819.0 to latest version.
