Q: We just configured Paloalto Firewall and integrated it with AD. When login domain admin, I receive this message: Failed to find auth profile for ADMIN.

Workaround A workaround is to rebuild the runtime user database. This is accomplished by deleting it on the Palo Alto Networks device. The system will automatically rebuild the runtime user database after its deletion.
