Can't access the SSL VPN from the Internet

We just bought a Netgear ProSafe SSL VPN Concentrator SSL312. When test it in the LAN, we can establish the VPN. However, we can't access it from the Internet. We have double check the router settings and make sure the HTTPS port 443 point to the SSL312.

Also if we point the router to our SBS for RWW, it works. So the router should not be the issue.

Any ideas?
