Solved: can't run ipconfig because of the path

We can't run ipconfig and ping on one of windows 2003 server. We can run them in c;\windows\system32 folder and the path has SystemRoot%\system32 too. This is the path: C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\BINN;

Cause: After installed the Windows Resource Kits, C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\was added to the path. However, command can't read space. So adding quotation fixes the problem, for example, 
"C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\";%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\BINN;
