Q: I'm setting up a new laptop while home and i'm trying to login to the domain via VPN but i don't see
an option. If i check "Use dial-up connection" on the login screen and login with my network
password it doesn't allow me to choose the VPN connection (which is already setup and working) but
rather asks to setup a dial up modem connection.

By the way, i already joined the office domain using VPN.

Any ideas why i don't get a prompt to select my VPN connection on login though on all forums i found
that's what they advise to do?

A: When you set up the VPN connection, set it up for "all users", not just
for yourself. If you set it up for one user only you do not get the option
to log on using it.
