Can't login Cisco Web VPN

Situation: the client bought a Cisco ASA 5505 and setup Web VPN. He could not login.

Troubleshooting: The web VPN is not checked in the group he add. To check if the web VPN is enable not, open the Configuration from the ASMD. Click VPN in the right pane. Select Group Policy and select the web VPN group. Click Eidt. Make sur ethe Web VPN in the Protocol of General is checked.
