Symptom: If you try to re-install Exchange 2007, you receive these errors: A setup failure previously occurred while the Hub Transport role.

Resolution:

1. Make sure you are the member of the following groups.

• Local Administrator on the server
• Enterprise Administrator
• Domain Administrator
• Schema Administrator

2. If you have Exchange 2007 installed, please following this link to remove it first.
