The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list.

Outlook keeps asking for the credentials

Symptoms:

1. When you open the Outlook at first, you may receive this error: "The name cannot be resolved. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list".

2. When opening Outlook, the Outlook keeps prompting for entering username and password even you have entered correct username and password as showing.

Troubleshooting: The problem is the user uses roaming profile and the profile was coped from other user so that she can't logon other user's profile. To fix it, click New when you open the Outlook. Then type Profile Name and click OK to continue the setup.
