Don't see any disks in Dell PowerEdge server - Resolution with screenshots

Situation; When installing Windows 2012 r2 on Dell PowerEdge R320, we don't see any disk drives even we can see virtual Disk in BIOS.

Resolution: When first booting from the server, press F10 to run Lifecycle Control. Then follow the instruction to deploy OS installation
