Can't delete or format disk in Dell PowerEdge server - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When installing Windows 2012 r2 on dell PowerEdge R320, all Delete, Format, New and extend options are grayed out.

Resolution: The default RAID 5 prevents to delete or format the original disk. To fix it, press Ctrl + R when booting to open Configuration. Then delete the original virtual disk. Re-create a new virtual disk.
