HP Blade has i mark and can't ping it

 

Situation: The client can't access and ping the Blade iLO after he changes the iLO IP address. The HP web front view also shows an i mark.

 

 

Troubleshooting: After he changes the IP address using web console, he loses the connection to the web console and the settings haven't saved. He needs to save it in the physical console.
