HP Thin Client RDP Client Error: Reboot necessary - Resolution with screenshots

The firmware has experienced a critical error - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to use HP t410 Thin Client to access Windows 2008 R2 RDS, you may receive this message: RDP Client Error: Reboot necessary. The firmware has experienced a critical error. Please reboot this client.

However, rebooting doesn't fix the problem.

Resolution: 1. It problem could be the Thin Client try to access the RD Server using SSL but doesn't have correct certificate. To fix it, go to RD Manager, change the security layer to RDP Security Layer from Negotiate under General tab.

2. Import Certificate to the Think Client.
