Can't install AppFabric - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to run Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Products Preparation tool, you may receive an error and can't continue.

If you try to download and install AppFabric manually, you can't install some AppFabric features.

Resolution: remove the previous installed AppFabric and re-install it.
