Microsoft office spelling doesn't work - Resolution with screenshots

Q: I have spelling auto check enabled on my Office 2013. However, it doesn't work. Then I run the spelling check manually. it doesn't work either as shown below. There are two words: detination and fodler are incorrect. why?

A: Some possible settings and resolutions.

1. Go to Option and Proofing. Make sure you have correct settings and don't check Hide spelling errors.

2. Reset Dictionary. Click Custom Dictionary. Reset CUSTOM.DIC as default.
