Can't sign in to Lync - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to login Office 365 Lync, you may receive this error: Can't sign in to Lync with message: There might be an issue with the Domain Name System (DNS) configuration for your domain.

Troubleshooting: Login Office 365 portal. We found the lyncdiscover is not setup correct. We create CNAME lyncdiscover pointing to webdir.online.lync.com. That fixes the problem.
