Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 can be used for troubleshooting Outlook and Office problem. This is how to install it.

1. Download Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 from Microsoft..

2. Select which apps has a problem, Outlook in our example.

3. Select the problem, "Trying to connect.." in our case.

4. Select Yes for the affected machine.

5. Enter your credentials and continue the wizard to complete the troubleshooting.

6. This is the result we get: Outlook is down due to a service outage. Call Microsoft Office 365 for the help or send the result to them.
