Can't access old emails after migrating to office 365 - Resolution with screenshots

Situation; The client followed this page: How to migrate mailbox to Office 365 using CSV file- Step by step with screenshots

and this page: How to convert on-premises mailboxes to Mail-Enabled Users  - Step by step with screenshots to migrate Mailbox to Mail-enabled user on Office 365. The user can access Office 365 to receive new email, but all of his old email have gone and he can't access

Troubleshooting: We followed  this page: How to verify Office 365 MEU properties are populated with the correct information - Step by step with screenshots to confirms the user  has been converted to mail-Enabled user. He doesn't has mailbox in the Exchange server and his account has been move to Mail contact. We restore the emails from the backup.

Note: If the migration failed, you should not converted the mailbox to EMS. Or we convert the mailbox only when we migrate the mailbox successfully.
