Outlook Shared Calendar shows no conenction - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client is running Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010. After change the Internet domain name, some of Outlook Shared Calendars show no connection. However, oWA doesn't have this issue.

Case 1:In most cases, this is certificate or DNS issue. In our case, the Internet domain still points to old IP address. Changing to the new IP address fixes the problem.

Case 2: When testing autoconfiguration, you may receive "autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings". Run these Excahnge powershell to reset autodiscover. Make sure it is pointing to the Internet domain name, for example chicagotech.net

Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity srvr.chicagotech.local -AutodiscoverServiceInternalUri https://chicagotech.org/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml

Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory "EWS (Default Web Site)" -InternalUrl https://chicagotech.org/ews/exchange.asmx

Set-OABVirtualDirectory "OAB (Default Web Site)" -InternalUrl https://chicagotech.org/oab

3. To use Exchange Powershell to changed the EDP Internal URL and my HTTP redirect to the correct address.

Case 4: Make sue you are using UCC for the Exchange and they are setup correctly.

Case 5: Make sure your internal DNS are set correctly and you can ping autodiscover.loca, autodiscover.com and exch-srvr.domain.local.

Case 5; Disable or enable Exchange Cached mode. Or re-create Outlook profile.
