Outlook Rule doesn't work because it is not enabled - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The user has created a Outlook rule to forward a sender's emails to a folder. The rule settings are correct but it doesn't forward the mails to the fodlr.

Troubleshooting: After we review the setting, we find it is not enabled. After we check the rule and run it, all the sender's email forward to the folder.
