Logon Screen keeps popup after setup SharePoint My Site

Situation: One of our users reports that he keeps having a popup as shown below whenever he open Outlook or click on Send/Receive icon after we add SharePoint personal site for each user.

Typing username and password doesn't let him logon and he must cancel it.

Troubleshooting: Open the ADUC and right click on the user. Select the Properties. We find the Web page point to different username. For example, it should be http://sharepoint/personal/userA, but it shows http://sharepoint/personal/userB. Changing the userB to userA fixes the problem.
