Situation: We are running Office SharePoint 2007. Some of sites get below error.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Feature '60d1e34f-0eb3-4e56-9049-85daabfec68c' for list template '1100' is not installed in this farm. The operation could not be completed.

Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: Feature '60d1e34f-0eb3-4e56-9049-85daabfec68c' for list template '1100' is not installed in this farm. The operation could not be completed.

Troubleshooting: 1. From this page Troubleshooting SharePoint by using GUID, find the feature name is pwsissues for ID 60d1e34f-0eb3-4e56-9049-85daabfec68c.

2. Try the following command to activate PWSIssue, but can't install

stsadm -o activatefeature -name "PWSIssues" -url "http://servername:88" -force

Feature '60d1e34f-0eb3-4e56-9049-85daabfec68c' is not installed in this farm, an
d can not be added to this scope.

3. Don't see PWSIssues folder under Template/Feature folder. Copy it from other SharePoint server.

4. Re-do "stsadm -o activatefeature -name "PWSIssues" -url "http://servername:88" -force". That fixed the problem.
