SCCM Package status Install Pending

I have one package (HOU00265) that is has a status of Install Pending - the package when to all of the other DP's just fine. In the Distmgr.log I see an Error -- I am not sure where to start troubleshooting this issue. On the DP in question I looked in the SMSPKG SMSPKGX$ SMSPKGSIG SMSSIG$ for and signs of the package, I did not find anything

Looks like the site system on PERMGMT01 is configured to use the following user account for role installation.

"logged-on as TEST_SCCM\SCCM_User.service "

Can you check if the above account is valid and has access to that machine?

Make sure that the computer account of the siteserver is local admin on the DP, that no firewall is blocking connection and name resolution is working.
