WP7 Mango – Can’t download attachment

WP7 Mango 7.10.7720.68

1) When I receive mail with attachment and tap on it Outlook show "Receive Download Did Not Complete".

2) Exit Folder and Force Sync (icon at bottom of exchange app).

3) Open Email again and attachment is now downloaded completely

This problem is really rare and we've not a solution so far. To help you resolve the problem, at first we may need to collect some information:

1. Can you help test if Hotmail works fine with any attachment on your Windows Phone?

2. In order to make your phone sync with Exchange, have you manually imported any certificate (exchange self-signed certificate) on your Windows phone? If true, would you please try to re-import again?

3. Does this problem occur only with big size/specific file extension attachment or all kinds of attachments?

4. How about different network? Does the result vary with wifi/gprs/3g network?

Hotmail works fine. Attachments downloading after tap on it.
I have two-tier PKI and have installed RootCA certificate. After reinstall it – no changes.

Size doesn’t matter. Always the same issue.

No differences in all kind of network.
