AMD PCNET NIC doesn't work on VMware Guset OS

Situation: after convert Windows 2003 server from a physical computer to VM running on VMware ESXi 5, the guest OS NIC doesn't work.

Resolution: install VMware tool and then manually update the driver that the Flexible NIC uses by pointing to C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Tools\Drivers\vmware-nic.inf from the virtual machine Windows guest operating system.
