Losing internet session because of Webhawk

Situation: The client has Webhawk to manage the Internet access. Recently, they keep losing the internet access. When losing the internet access, you can ping the outside website and restart the web browser may work again.

Troubleshooting: We found the Webhawk has an configuration issue. If you disable it, everything works fine.
