installing remote agent update on the remote servers

ERROR CODE/MESSAGE: Need assistance with installing remote agent update on the remote servers.

ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:
OS on Media Server:Windows server 2008 R2
OS on Remote Server:N/A
Product & Version: Backup exec 2010 R2
Storage Devices:Hp tape library

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:

1) Customer said he want to install the updated remote agent on the remote servers.
2) Asked the to try push installing the agent on the remote servers.
3) One server failing with the WMI error 1603
4) Asked the user to copy the raws 32 to the remote agent on the server and installed it.
5) The installation was successful.
6) USer accepted to close the case.
