The Autodiscover SRV record wasn't found in DNS

Postby guest » Mon Jun 30, 2014 8:14 am

Q: We are running Exchange 2007. When we test it from www.testexchangeconnectivity.com, we receive "The Autodiscover SRV record wasn't found in DNS".

A: This issue is possibly caused by missing SRV record on the public DNS server. Thus, I suggest you check the DNS record on the server side to see if the SRV record for your domain is still there. If is missing, please re-add it.
