New created account doesn't sync with Office 365

Situation: The client uses Office 365. The new created account doesn't sync with Office 365.

Troubleshooting: ADFS server seems working fine. Then we find the server running ADFS and Directory Sync Configuration server is out of the space. Deleting some tracing files under C:\Users\AAD_4277373eef60\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSOIdentityCRL\Tracing fixes the problem.
