can't access bank website because IP address

Postby blin » Fri Jan 20, 2017 10:57 am

Situation: The user was able to access a bank web site, but he gets access denied because of the address is not allowed.

Troubleshooting: The company has two internet providers. The back has their AT&T public IP address but not Comcast IP addresses. Sending the Comcast IP address to the bank, he is able to access the website now.
