Inbox shows 2 emails, but can't read them

Situation: After changing shared mailbox name, other users who have permissions to access the shared mailbox can't read some emails. The Inbox shows 2 unread email, but they don't show up in the read panel.

Troubleshooting: These email were sent before making change. The users can't read them anymore. Just right click on the inbox and Mark all as read.
