Nitro Pro: There is no creation process

Situation: When attempting to convert word to a PDF file, you may receive this message: There is no creation process

Troubleshooting: 1. Reinstalling Nitro Pro Office Add-Ins by following these steps:
Method #1
1.Start Nitro Pro and click on the Help ribbon.
2.Click the Support Tools button.
3.In the Support Tools dialog, select the PDF Creation tab.
4.On this dialog, you can select / deselect the relevant add-ins, then click on the Update Addins button to submit the changes.

Method #2
1.Browse to the location that you installed Nitro Pro
By default it is C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 9
2.Locate NitroPDFSupportTools.exe and run this application.
3.In the Support Tools dialog, select the PDF Creation tab.
4.On this dialog, you can select / deselect the relevant add-ins, then click on the Update Addins button to submit the changes.

3. Uninstall and re-install Nitro Pro
