SEP: Download Insight is not functioning correctly

Situation: The Symantec Endpoint Protection status shows: Download Insight is not functioning correctly

Troubleshooting: 1. Install SEP update.
2. Stop and restart SEP by running these command lines: smc -stop and smc -start.
3. The SEP client system must be rebooted after installation to completely activate all components.
4. Repair the SEP.
5. You can run the SymDiag tool on it and follow the instructions for attempting a fix
