Postby chicagotech » Fri Jun 30, 2017 4:28 pm

Q: We are using Office 365. Can we setup a public email receiving email (not send) without purchasing license?

A: Yes, it call shared mailbox. After login Office 365, go to Exchange admin center>recipients>shared. Add the email address for example info@chicagotech.net.

You can assign permissions to access this email or forward email to other mailbox.
