Office 365 message trace doesn't see the rpely email

Situation: the client replies a meeting appointment, but we don't see it from Office 365 Message Trace. Why?

Troubleshooting: It may be using different email address. Copy the head of reply email and go to Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer
https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
Click on Message Analyzer. Past the message head here to find out the sender's email address. Then copy it for message trace to search.
