Q & A: can't access the Intrenet after resetp SMC8014

Postby chicagotech » Sat Feb 03, 2007 10:55 pm

Q: I use Comcast business package to access the Internet. After changing our network configuration and we reset it to the factory default, we can't access the Internet any more. How can we fix it?

A: Comcast loads their configuration to the business gateway. You should not re-set it. If you do, you may not be able to access the internet without re-loading configuration files. To reset the gateway, just power off and turn on it again. To fix this problem you need to call Comcast.
