How to: forward email to two receipts in Exchange

Q: I try to forward my email to other users. When I do that in the Exchange server delivery options, it allows only one receipt. How can I forward my email to two receipts?

A: You will do that in Outlook using Rule wizard. Open Outlook, explore through Tools -> Rules and Alerts -> New Rule -> Start from a blank rule -> Check messages when they arrive -> Next -> Next -> Yes -> Redirect it to people or distribution list -> select the two mailboxes you want to forward. Click OK and Finish.
