CRITICAL ::::::issue with CRM 4.0 event id 1309

Postby guest » Sat May 30, 2009 2:42 pm

Hi I’m running Multy tendency on my crm01 server.. I got about 10 costumers running crm with IFD. Everything is working great but like every 16/20 hours my costumers will get a Server Error in `/´ Application - runtime error.

When I remote to the server I can see under the event id this ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0 warring.

To resolve this issue I go to IIS under Application Pools / CRMAppPool and push stop/start

After that CRM is working fine... but i cant live with this solution... please any one?

here is my log file :

Answer

I had a similar issue, and re-registering .net framework fixed the problem. .net can get corrupted.

a. Click Start, click Run, and then type in CMD to open a command prompt window
from the Microsoft CRM Server.

b. Change directories to get to the directory
C:\windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\V2.0.50727 (To switch to this directory directly, type the following command: CD c:\windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\V2.0.50727)

c. Once in the Microsoft.Net Framework directory, run the following command:
aspnet_regiis.exe -r

Answer
It's kinda ghetto, but what about proactively recycling the app pool on a schedule?

d. reset IIS

you right Wayne,

I made an schedule recycling of CRMAppPool every 6 hours its working perfect now.

thx man...

Hi guys

may i join this conversation? Smile

my name is Adi Gilad, and I work at Webox, which is a hosted services company in israel,

it seems that we have a similar problem,

we get from time to time (i think that after a specific record type is deleted, it happens for the same record) this error message (when accessing this record type).

this can be fixed in two ways:

1. wait (it usually gets fixed by itself in about 1 or 2 hours

2. iisreset

since we need to be operational 24/7, a scheduled iisreset (or application pool reset) once every few hours is unacceptable.

what do you think?

hi,

i been true Microsoft and all forums, nobody have a solution for this one...

my solution is " made an schedule recycling of CRMAppPool every 4 hours and this will do it."

after schedule recycling i never had any problems..

Hi,

but then, every 4 hours you've got about 2 seconds of downtime, right?
